Picor
I was fed up with the buggy and over-anticipating, anti-intuitive MS PictureIt, so I wrote a PERL script that takes a folder of pictures and converts them into an html photo gallery. You could of course do this with any web publishing tool, but I had a lot of fun writing the script. As soon as I get time enough to clean up the script, I'll publish it here for anyone that might be interested.
DSJBrowser
The DSJ-Browser is one of Picor's cousins that takes a bunch of text files and creates a "browsable" html interface to help navigating. I'll let you figure out for yourself what "DSJ" means. (Hint: It's an acronym in swedish)

WebOpi : Get the web's opinion
This is a future PicoProject, where I intend to automatize one of my regular techniques for checking the spelling or the validity of an expression when there is no automatic spelling checker at hand, but where you have got an internet connection. Soon coming to a computer near you.
This section will contain a couple of my thoughts on software engineering in an industrial context.
